We understand that plans can change! However, changes to the product you’ve ordered aren’t allowed once the order has been placed.
If you need to make adjustments, here’s what you can do:
- Before dispatch: You can request changes like updating your shipping address and details, but changes to the device selection are not allowed.
- After dispatch or out for delivery: Changes to the shipping address and details cannot be made. However, you can contact us immediately to request a reschedule or inform us of updates to delivery details. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that in some cases, we may request proof of address documents, such as a recent utility bill or official identification reflecting the updated address, to verify the change.
