Renewing your subscription is simple! Once your subscription term ends, your plan will automatically switch to a pay-as-you-go plan at the same monthly rate, so you can keep using your device without interruptions.
However, if you prefer to extend your subscription for a longer term, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Click on 'Active Subscription'
- Select 'Manage Subscription' for the subscription you would like to extend.
- Select 'Change Rental Terms'
- Choose your preferred renewal rental terms.
- Click 'Update Rental' to confirm.
You can also choose to:
- Purchase your device: The purchase price includes a 25% premium on top of the retail price, minus the amount you have already paid.
- Return your device: If you decide to return it, schedule your return within the last 30 days of your rental term to avoid extra charges.
Key Return Guidelines (If Returning):
- Back Up Your Data: Ensure that all data on the product is backed up. Cinch will not be liable for any data loss.
- Factory Reset: Ensure the device is reset to factory settings before returning it. Failure to do so will incur a $50 fee.
- Original Packaging: If the original packaging is not included, a $50 fee will be charged.
- Original Accessories: Charges for missing or damaged accessories will be based on current market retail prices.
- Device Condition: If the device is returned with damage, a diagnostic will be conducted. You will be notified of any required repairs and charged 10% of the repair cost.
- Water Damage: In cases of water damage, you will be responsible for the device’s retail value plus a 25% premium, minus the amount already paid.
- Secure Packaging: Ensure the device is sealed in secure packaging to prevent damage or loss during transit
