Yes, you can return your device within 3 days of receiving your order as part of our cancellation grace period. During this time, you can cancel your subscription and return the product by reaching out to our Customer Experience team, provided the device is in good condition, with its original packaging and all accessories included.
If you choose to cancel after the 3-day period, you can still return your device by following the early termination process. Please note that an early termination fee of $250 will apply, along with any additional charges after inspection if the device is returned with damage or missing accessories.
Once your return is processed and approved, your refund will be issued within 5-10 working days, depending on your financial institution.
Key Return Guidelines:
- Back Up Your Data: Ensure that all data on the product is backed up. Cinch will not be liable for any data loss.
- Factory Reset: Reset the device to factory settings before returning it. A $50 fee applies if this step is missed.
- Original Packaging: If the original packaging is missing, a $50 fee will be charged.
- Original Accessories: Missing or damaged accessories will be charged based on current market retail prices.
- Device Condition: If the device has damage, a diagnostic will be conducted. You will be notified of any required repairs and charged 10% of the repair cost.
- Water Damage: In case of water damage, you will be responsible for the retail value of the device plus a 25% premium, minus the amount already paid.
- Secure Packaging: Seal the device in secure packaging to avoid damage or loss during transit.
