What is the Upgrade Campaign?
The Cinch Upgrade Campaign lets existing subscribers in Singapore upgrade to a new device — without waiting for your current plan to expire.
Eligibility is determined on our end. If you've received a notification from us via WhatsApp or email about this campaign, you're eligible to upgrade.
How do I upgrade?
- Click the link in the WhatsApp message or email you received from us.
- Place a new order for your chosen upgrade device.
- Our CX team will reach out to arrange collection of your current device and delivery of your new one.
What happens to my current device?
Your current device must be returned to Cinch within 7 days of receiving your new device. This is to uphold our one-device-per-subscriber policy.
A return ticket will be raised by our team once your new device is delivered.
Will my subscription be adjusted when I upgrade?
No subscription waiver will be applied unless your current device is returned within the first 7 days of your new billing month.
To avoid being charged for an extra month on your previous device's subscription, we recommend timing your upgrade early in your billing cycle.
