We understand that you may want to close your Cinch account. While we don't currently offer a self-service option for account deletion, our Customer Experience team can guide you through it.
To start a request, please get in touch with our Customer Experience team via:
- Cinch.sg and use the live chatbot available on the website for real-time support.
Important notes‼️:
- Accounts with a current or past subscription are not eligible for deletion. If you've ever had a subscription with Cinch, your account cannot be deleted — even after the subscription has ended.
- Only accounts with no subscription history are eligible to be deleted.
- If eligible, please allow up to 30 days for your deletion request to be processed. We'll confirm once it's been completed.
- In some cases (e.g. a completed order without an active subscription), your request may need additional internal review before we can confirm eligibility. We'll keep you updated if this applies to you.
- Once your account is deleted, you'll no longer have access to your subscription history or saved payment details.
