You can request to update the email address associated with your Cinch account by reaching out to our Customer Experience team. For security reasons, email changes are not self-service โ each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis before it can be actioned.

- To process your request, we may require you to verify your identity by providing supporting information (e.g., name, phone number, order number, NRIC/passport, etc.).
- Each request goes through an internal review, so we're unable to guarantee approval or provide an exact timeline upfront.
- If your request is approved, please allow 3โ5 business days for the change to be completed. We'll notify you once it's done.
- If we're unable to process your request, we'll let you know and, where relevant, share alternative options for regaining access to your account.
