Need to update your information? You can do it in just a few clicks.
1. Log in to your Cinch account.
2. Click on “My Account”.
3. Click on "View Profile", you can review and update your details to keep them accurate and up-to-date.
** For added convenience and security, you can use SingPass to refresh your information. Simply click the refresh button, and SingPass will securely sync and verify your updated details with official records, ensuring your account remains accurate and compliant.
Additionally, you can directly update certain details, such as your marital status, married name, residential address, email address, and contact number, without using SingPass. If you're updating your mobile number, after updating, click on Update My Information, you're required to fill in the OTP sent to your new number. Upon a successful verification, the mobile number update process should be completed.
