Two things changed, not one.
The 90% damage waiver was never separate from what you paid — it sat in every subscription price. It also still left you paying 10% of each repair, and you could not know that figure until the repair was quoted.
On Cinch Plus you pay a flat S$75 for a repair, whatever it costs us, and liquid damage is now included where it previously was not. On Cinch Max the repair fee is S$25.
You can also choose Core, which has no tier fee and no damage waiver. You would pay the full repair cost, and the rate card is on the checkout page so you can see what that means before you decide.
If you subscribed before 30 September 2026, your current terms continue unchanged.
