If your device cannot be repaired and you do not hold Cinch Plus or Cinch Max, you will be required to buy out the device. The buyout price is calculated using a cost-recovery formula based on the original device cost, financing, and handling fees, minus the rent already paid. The maximum buyout price applicable to your device is stated in your Order Confirmation.
