Bundle subscriptions are managed as a single subscription. This means you can’t cancel or remove just one device from your bundle during the subscription term. Any cancellation applies to all devices in the bundle.
If your bundle order has not been dispatched
If your bundle has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel the entire bundle subscription. The cancellation will apply to both devices in your bundle.
If your bundle order has already been dispatched
Once your bundle has been dispatched, any cancellation must include all devices in the bundle.
You may cancel your bundle subscription within 24 hours of receiving your order as part of our cancellation grace period. To do so, please contact our Customer Experience team via our Live Chat or email to support@cinch.sg. All devices must be returned in good condition, with original packaging and all accessories included.
Cancelling after the 24-hour grace period
If you choose to cancel your bundle subscription after the 24-hour grace period, the cancellation will be treated as an early termination.
In this case:
An early termination fee of S$250 will apply
Additional charges may apply if devices are returned damaged or with missing accessories
Returns must still include all devices in the bundle and follow the early termination process.
Refund timeline
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days, depending on your financial institution.
