At the end of your bundle subscription, you can choose one of the following options:
1. Return both devices
To end your bundle subscription, you must return all devices in your bundle. Devices can’t be returned separately.
If you decide to return your bundle, you need to cancel your bundle subscription within the last 27 days of your subscription term. Before your subscription ends, you must schedule a return with us so that the return takes place within 5 working days after the last day of your subscription term.
2. Purchase both devices
If you’d like to keep your devices, you can choose to buy out all devices in your bundle at the end of your subscription term.
The combined buyout price for your bundle will be displayed on your account page. This price covers all devices in the bundle and must be paid in full.
Once payment is successfully completed:
Ownership of both devices will be transferred to you
Your bundle subscription will end
No further subscription payments will be required for those devices
Please note that bundle devices must be purchased together and can’t be bought out individually.
3. Extend Your Subscription
If you’d like to continue using your devices, you can extend your bundle subscription, allowing you to keep using both devices.
Please note that bundle subscriptions are managed together, so any extension applies to all devices in your bundle.
4. Upgrade to a new bundle
Start a new bundle subscription by selecting from available bundle options. Your current bundle will end, and your new bundle will begin under a new subscription. This is subject to approval.
‼️ If no action is taken before your term ends, your plan will automatically switch to a pay-as-you-go plan.
Key Return Guidelines:
- Back Up Your Data: Ensure that all data on the product is backed up. Cinch will not be liable for any data loss.
- Factory Reset: Ensure the device is reset to factory settings before returning it. Failure to do so will incur a $50 fee per device.
- Original Packaging: If the original packaging is not included, a $50 fee will be charged per device.
- Original Accessories: Charges for missing or damaged accessories will be based on current market retail prices.
- Device Condition: If the device is returned with damage, a diagnostic will be conducted. You will be notified of any required repairs and charged 10% of the repair cost.
- Water Damage: If water damage is detected on your device, it will be considered a buyout. This means you’ll need to purchase both the devices. The buyout price is calculated dynamically at the time of assessment, based on the device’s current value. Our team will inform you of the exact amount once the device has been inspected.
- Secure Packaging: Ensure the device is sealed in secure packaging to prevent damage or loss during transit.
