Try these in order:
- Charge your phone to at least 30%. The update won't begin below that.
- Connect to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
- Restart your phone. If it seems stuck, press and hold the Volume down and Side (power) buttons together until it restarts.
Phone locked? The restart message won't appear while your phone is locked. Press and hold the Volume down and Side (power) buttons together to restart it and finish the update.
