Yes — if you’re on an active Cinch subscription, you can choose to purchase your device anytime after your first full month.
💰 How is the purchase price determined?
The purchase price is dynamically calculated and takes into account several factors, such as:
The original retail value of the device
Your subscription history, including how long you’ve been subscribed
The monthly payments you’ve already made, which are deducted from the final price
The current market value and condition of the device
This dynamic pricing model ensures your purchase price reflects your usage and the device’s current value, while also enabling Cinch to continue delivering the benefits of subscription.
GST is only applied on the final balance amount after subscription deductions.
🛒 How do I purchase my device?
1. Log in to your Cinch account and click on "My Account" (located at the top right of your screen)
2. Click on "My Subscriptions" and you will see all your subscriptions. Select the subscription you want to purchase the device or to view the purchase price.
3. Click on ‘Purchase’
4. A popup will show the details and you can view the purchase price summary. To confirm your purchase, you can click on the Purchase button again. Note that this decision is final. Your default card will also be charged.
